Our client is the industry leader in their field and has a brand to be proud of. Due to outstanding growth and restructure they are seeking a driven individual to manage their Global Sales Team.

The successful applicant must have :

  • Proven sales experience at a senior management level (Regional/Global)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills

You will be a superior communicator who has experience liaising with, and obtaining buy-in from, the most senior decision makers in the travel industry. You will be part of the executive team and will be required to present to the Board in a confident and professional manner.

In this role you will personally negotiate major deals with trade partners and will also have financial acumen as they will be responsible for the budgets, revenue, margins and expenses of the sales teams.

You will lead global sales strategies across Australia/New Zealand, USA/Canada, UK and Europe, tailored to each market yet specific to their brand. They will be a strong people leader who can remotely drive and motivate the global sales team to meet and surpass sales targets.
