The successful applicants must have:

• Experience in the International retail environment
• Personal Travel Experience and Destinational Knowledge
• CRS qualifications are essential, with Galileo and Crosscheck (preferred but not essential)

• Exceptional selling skills with a proven track record
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
