Australia’s number 1 holiday rental group, The Stayz Group, has announced the winners of its inaugural Holiday Rental Awards at the 2012 Stayz Holiday Rentals Summit in Sydney.
State and National winners were selected in each of five popular categories of holiday rentals: Best Family-Friendly Property, Best Romantic Property, Best Property for Indulgence, Best Property for Outdoor Lovers, and Best Pet-Friendly Property.

Winners were judged on how they go above and beyond expectations to bring the category theme to life, and how they deliver exceptional holiday experiences for their guests, as well as the quality of their guest ratings and recommendations, property description and photographs. Over 750 individual properties from The Stayz Group nominated themselves across the five categories and after a tough judging process, the judges were finally able to select the exceptional winning properties.
