Thomas Zinn has been appointed to the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach.

Thomas joins IHG and the Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach from The Observatory Hotel, where he has been employed as Operations Manager for the past 6 months. Thomas was also Operations Manager at the Sebel Pier One and the Harbour Rocks Hotel. Throughout his working career, Thomas has developed a strong knowledge of customer service, while managing all departments and aspects of the day to day operations within a Hotel, inclusive of forecasting, budgeting and Hotel PR. Thomas commenced his new role on 31 July 2012, and Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is delighted to have Thomas as part of the team.
