Scenic Tours Takes Agents To Africa

Tuesday, 14 August 2012

Scenic Tours took 17 of their Australian agents on a nine day famil to Zambia and South Africa in July. Cape Town showed the group one of the coldest days in 50 years with snow on the mountains only 200km outside of Cape Town.

They visited the Cape of Good Hope on a beautiful sunny day and in Johannesburg visited Nelson Mandela’s house in Soweto. They explored Kruger National Park on a two day safari and witnessed lions, giraffes, zebra, hippopotamuses, black and white rhino, and elephants. They stayed at the incredible Royal Livingstone Hotel enjoying the magnificent location on the edge of Victoria Falls where zebras and giraffes roamed freely around the lawns.

Some of the group enjoyed a helicopter flight over the falls and they also experienced a local village visit in Zambia to meet the locals.
