Tuesday, 21 August 2012

Enta Ticketing Solutions has signed up Perth-based Show Ticketing to use its world leading ticketing, marketing and CRM system.

Show Ticketing was set up to run the ticketing operations of The Astor Theatre in Perth, the Perth International Comedy Festival and a number of other events.

The Enta software enables venues to manage event ticketing, season tickets, subscriptions, membership and marketing.

“Enta is continuing to win new customers with its extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we’re thrilled to partner with The Astor and the Perth International Comedy Festival,” Enta Australasia managing director John Godwin said.

“They are among the growing number of Australian customers who are choosing Enta over their current systems for a number of reasons, including its extensive ticketing, CRM, online sale and reporting capabilities.

“The system also offers excellent services and support, flexibility and value for money.”

Show Ticketing’s director Glenn Connell said, “We are excited for the new partnership with Enta Australasia that will allow us to deliver a high level of service for both our patrons and promoters.

“We anticipate the exciting ongoing development of the Enta CRM system in the future to further enhance our service delivery and capabilities.”

Enta also provides the ticketing software solution for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and its Qtix ticketing service. Qtix is the largest Queensland-based ticketing service in the state providing information and selling tickets for entertainment and arts events at QPAC and other venues, festivals, events and organisations throughout Australia and Asia.

Enta also recently signed up the Cairns Civic Theatre and its Ticketlink ticketing agency. Ticketlink is operated by the Cairns Civic Theatre which in turn is operated by the Cairns Regional Council. Ticketlink provides ticketing services for entertainment, sporting and other events in Cairns and across North Queensland.

Currently, Enta is responsible for selling over 60 million tickets annually in 540 entertainment organisations across 24 countries.
