Follows launch of joint frequent flyer partnership

Emirates, one of the world's largest international airlines, has announced the expansion of its one-way codeshare agreement with JetBlue Airways, New York’s Hometown Airline™.

As part of the expansion, tickets featuring an Emirates flight number are now available for sale for JetBlue-operated connections between New York/JFK and the following U.S. destinations: Austin, Texas (AUS); Denver, Colorado (DEN); Long Beach, California (LGB); West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI); Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PIT); Rochester, New York (ROC); Fort Myers, Florida (RSW); Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida (SRQ); San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU); and Syracuse, New York (SYR). Customers can enjoy the convenience of a single combined ticket for Emirates and JetBlue-operated flights, plus other advantages including one-stop check-in and baggage transfer.

Following the launch of a joint frequent flyer partnership in July, 2012, Emirates' Skywards members are also now able to earn Skywards Miles on JetBlue’s network throughout America, while members of JetBlue’s customer loyalty program TrueBlue can earn TrueBlue points across Emirates' network of more than 120 destinations worldwide. The partner airlines plan to introduce a redemption agreement in February, 2013.
