Philippine Airlines has announced it will upgrade its Passenger Services System this Saturday (Oct 27) with its booking and ticketing service migrating to Sabre. The new SabreSonic® Customer Sales & Service system will allow reservations, ticketing and check-in agents access to the same information across all points of customer contact, enabling passengers to benefit from faster transactions. The upgrade reflects the Philippine Airline’s continuing expansion with the carrier recently confirming an order for more than 50 Airbus aircraft consisting of single aisle A321s and widebody A330-300s. All flights will operate as planned during the transition this weekend. |
