Prize Draw Rules & Conditions
1. Entry is open to all Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Industry Employees only (Valid ID may be required) 2. Participants will receive an entry to the prize draw by submitting their business card on arrival. Entry to the draw is free. 3. The prizes for the prize draw are listed on the invitation above and may change without notice. 4. The winner will be the first entry card drawn at random by an adjudicator on the night. 5. Winners are required to be in attendance at the draw (Picture ID may be required) 6. The judges' decision is final. 7. We reserve the right to substitute any prizes & prizes are not redeemable for cash. 8. By entering the draw winners grant permission for their name, company name and photo to be published on e-Travel Blackboard. 9. Prizes valid for 3 months from draw or as specified by sponsor. 10. All prizes are subject to the conditions specified by sponsor. 11. Prizes may not include applicable taxes or transfers or as specified by sponsor 12. Event promoters: Agents Support Systems (e-Travel Blackboard) and TMS Asia Pacific. 13. Business cards supplied may be given to a third party (sponsors) .
