The Original London Sightseeing Tours introduces free walking tours and new visitor centre
The Original London Sightseeing Tour has introduced a series of free walking tours around London’s key attractions, with each tour complementing their popular hop-on, hop off, open top bus tours. Departing at 10.30AM daily at originating at the recently opened Original London Visitor Centre, located at Trafalgar Square in the heart of London, the free walking tours comprise two separate excursions. Tickets are complimentary for customers with an existing Original London bus ticket however travellers can also purchase walking tour tickets separately for £5. Original London customers can choose the “Classic Walk” tour, a 40-minute stroll to the hidden treasures and attractions that surround Trafalgar Square and central London area or enjoy “The Changing of the Guard Walk Tour”, which includes watching the regiments that guard Buckingham Palace and St James Palace. Not to be missed is Original London’s The Original Tour – the Yellow Route that showcases the best of London’s sights with an entertaining and informative ‘live-guided commentary in English. With the flexibility to hop on and hop off at London’s premier attractions en-route over a 24 hour period, customers can enjoy viewing Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, The National Gallery, Downing Street, Big Ben, London Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge, The Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. The Original London Sightseeing Tour has correspondingly added a new “Museum Link” tour route to their London program, providing travellers with an affordable and exciting way to view London’s cultural attractions. Operating between Kensington and Russell Square, the “Museum Link” offers frequent stops to a number of London’s premier museums including the British and Natural History Museum, as well as convenient stops at other “must see” London tourist sights such as Harrods. Vouchers for the hop-on, hop-off tours are booked through Asia Pacific Travel Marketing Services. Passengers then present their vouchers to a representative at one of the six starting points in exchange for a 24-hour ticket. |
