Regent to have new mouth-watering Prime 7 steakhouse

Thursday, 27 November 2008

Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RRSC) have released further details regarding their replacement of their alternative dining restaurants on the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner with the Prime 7 steakhouse.

The former alternative restaurant, Latitude, will be transformed into the American steakhouse which will serve prime-aged steak and chops, fresh seafood and poultry specialties accompanied by California white and red wines.

"Based on feedback from our loyal past customers, Prime 7 will prove to be an extremely popular venue aboard both ships as it provides cuisine with universal appeal in a beautiful, intimate setting to create a very special luxury dining experience for our guests” said Mark Conroy, President.

Prime 7 will feature surroundings of leather, polished granite and wood paired with custom made china, silver and crystal.

The menu extends from entrees to desserts with and array of dishes from dry-aged steaks to seafood specialties to Chicago-style cheesecake with sweet raspberry sauce to a 14-layer Valrhona chocolate cake with roasted pistachio sauce.

There is no supplemental charge to dine at Prime 7 aboard the RSSC ships; however, reservations must be made.
