Discover all of South America with LAN’s Airpass

Thursday, 18 June 2009

LAN has this year expanded its popular South America Airpass by adding two booking class options and new routes domestically and regionally. The 2009-2010 Airpass offers a wide range of travel options within and between 10 countries – Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. The airpass will also now be available in Premium Economy Class on the airline’s Airbus A320 within South America.

The Airpass has six travel zones, covering over 50 destinations in LAN’s Latin American network with coupons starting at USD$89 for up to 900 kilometres coverage. Key routes covered include long distance flights from Santiago to Caracas, Buenos Aires to Quito, Lima to Sao Paulo, or shorter flights from Lima to La Paz, Santiago to Montevideo and Bogota to Quito. It also offers domestic travel within Argentina, Peru and Chile, key routes including Lima to Iquitos (Domestic Peru), Buenos Aires to Ushuaia (Domestic Argentina) and Santiago to Punta Arenas (Domestic Chile).

The LAN South America Airpass fares are valid now and do not include local taxes. These coupons can only be purchased with valid international flight tickets.
