Tuesday, 23 June 2009

Citigate Perth has unveiled a fresh new look having completed a $9 million dollar refurbishment of the hotel’s lobby, guestrooms, Encore Restaurant and West End Bar.

Citigate Perth boasts 4 star accommodation with the choice of superior or deluxe guestrooms and junior or executive suites. All guestrooms have been refurbished with new bedding packages blending elegant earthy tones complemented by contemporary lighting, plush new carpet, modern furnishings, flat screen TVs and in-room safes. Some rooms also offer the creature comforts of a lavish bathrobe and slippers, turndown service, internet access and a complimentary newspaper delivered daily.

Downstairs in the lobby, the new West End Bar offers an extensive wine selection, cool beverages and tempting snacks from Monday to Saturday, and Encore Restaurant serves contemporary cuisine, infused with international influences and complemented by an excellent array of local and imported wines in a stylish, yet casual atmosphere, seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Upstairs, the roof-top recreation area includes a heated swimming pool, sauna and newly equipped fitness centre, all overlooking a spectacular Perth skyline.

Citigate Perth also offers the creature comforts of 24 hour reception, concierge and room service, daily house-keeping, valet dry-cleaning and laundry and Business Centre.

For seminars, meetings, conferences, cocktail parties, weddings and celebrations, Citigate Perth features 6 flexible venues over two floors, catering for up to 250 people with variable seating options and catering to suit all functions.

Located on the fringe of Perth’s CBD, Citigate is only a short stroll from an array of restaurants, cafes, shopping and Perth’s only direct fashion outlet - Harbour Town. Visitors can also take a quick 25 minute drive to the picturesque Swan Valley, aboard a ferry to Rottnest Island, explore the tranquil bushland with exquisite flora of Kings Park, laze about on one of Perth’s many beaches or experience the shopping, dining scene of Northbridge and entertainment.
