As the weather begins to heat up, a spring break became easier to imagine as the Sydney travel trade once more amassed at the Shellbourne Hotel for a night out with Tourism Malaysia.
In conjunction with a range of industry partners, Tourism Malaysia celebrated its national day with a very festive bunch of travel agents, and tempted those there with the possibility of a trip to Malaysia.
While agents mingled and networked, Malaysian themed nibbles including prawn bites, spring rolls, satay sticks and dim sims circulated courtesy of Tourism Malaysia, and early birds sipped away at their free drinks courtesy of Breakaway Travelclub.
Six lucky agents took home adventure themed goodies from Kathmandu, while one person took home a new subscription to Vacations & Travel Magazine.
Soon it was time for the major prize draws including airfares to Malaysia with AirAsiaX, accommodation at properties like Traders Hotel and The Club Saujana, a subscription to Get Lost Magazine, and a much coveted ten-day Sabah land tour with Intrepid Travel.
