Travel Counsellors recruit experienced travel consultants to operate their own travel businesses.  The company's innovative and award winning technology enables agents to provide unique and tailor made travel for their clients.  They will also be able to sell a full range of travel products from leisure and corporate suppliers, drawing on Travel Counsellors global supplier relationships, plus a customer driven, broad and diverse range of supplier/partners in Australia.

Our Personal Travel Counsellors are given in depth training on the company's extensive intranet booking system, including the innovative Contact Centre which provides a unique and comprehensive customer management solution.  Travel Counsellors will learn how to use the company's ground breaking Phenix system, which allows them to quickly and easily search and compare different travel options for specific dates in a matter of minutes.

Travel Counsellors is the world's largest home-based travel company with turnover at the end of its last financial year (Oct 31 2009) of $443 million. Founded in 1994 it currently has over 1,000 travel consultants who work from home with the support of over 170 staff at the company's UK headquarters and overseas offices. The company operates in Australia, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa, Canada and the US. Travel Counsellors Australia was established in 2007 and currently has 110 Travel Counsellors.
