Leading global hotel wholesaler, roomsXML, have been nominated for the category of “Best Agency Support Service” in the 2012 “AFTA National Travel Industry Awards.”

Last year roomsXML implemented an integrated online customer service system to provide seamless customer service around the clock to its global network of travel agents.
